Notwithstanding the foregoing, Card Guideline LLC may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Card Guideline LLC with respect to the use of the Site, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Card Guideline LLC.
We may modify this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion by posting a revised version of this Agreement on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the revised Agreement.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, or any rights or obligations under this Agreement, without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this Agreement will be null and void.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
